    Filed: January 12, 2026

    Would adopt a new Rule 7.5 to the Rules of Civil Procedure and amend various other civil procedure rules to adopt a more broadly applicable expedited dispute resolution process for various issues.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Friday, May 1, 2026, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.
