Green Presiding Judge, Criminal Department Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County 175 West Madison Street Phoenix, AZ 85003 (602) 506-0438 Filed: January 8, 2026 Would amend Rules 32.4 and 33.4 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure to impose a seven-page limit on the length of a notice requiring post-conviction relief. Comments must be submitted by no later than Friday, May 1, 2026, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.
