    Would amend Criminal Rule 41, Forms 31(a) and 31(b) to clarify the text relating to firearm rights restoration.

    Would amend Forms 31(a) and 31(b) of Rule 41 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure to clarify the text relating to firearm-rights restoration.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Friday, May 1, 2026, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.
