    Pursuant to Rule 28 of the Arizona Supreme Court Rules, undersigned counsel petitions this Court to amend Ariz. R. Crim. P. 36.1(d)(3) to permit victims and the State 60 days, instead of 30, in which to file a response to a petition to seal criminal case records pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-911.

    Would amend Rule 36.1(d)(3) of the Rules of Criminal Procedure to give victims and the State 60 days, instead of 30, in which to file a response to a petition to seal criminal case records under A.R.S. 13-911.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Friday, May 1, 2026, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.
