    Would amend Criminal Rules 2.4, 3.1, 3.2, 4.1, 4.2, and 41, Forms 2(a) and (b) to account for Senate Bill (SB) 1232, Arrest warrant; Issuance; Affidavit (Laws 2025, Ch. 227), enacted during the First Regular Session of the Fifty-seventh Legislature.

    Would amend Rules 2.4, 3.1, 3.2, 4.1, 4.2, and 41 (Forms 2(a) and (b)) of the Rules of Criminal Procedure to implement recent legislation regarding arrest warrants and to correct an inaccurate cross-reference.

    Comments due no later than October 1, 2025, and any reply due no later than October 15, 2025.

    Extending the comment period from October 1, 2025, to October 23, 2025, with any reply due no later than October 30, 2025.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than May 1, 2026 and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than June 1, 2026.
