    Would amend Rule 45 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona to increase the amount of CLE credit awarded to arbitrators who complete a hearing for the State Bar Fee Arbitration Program.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 2, 2025.
