    Attached please find the Petition to Amend Rule 2.11 of the Code of Judicial Conduct submitted by the Commission on Judicial Conduct.

    Would amend Rule 2.11(c), cmt. 5, of the Arizona Code of Judicial Conduct to relating to a judge’s disclosure of information relating to the judge’s potential disqualification in a case.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 2, 2025.
