    Would amend Rule 31.3(d)(5), Rules of the Supreme Court, to clarify an exception to Rule 31.2 to address laypersons that represent taxpayers in an administrative hearing relating to property tax.

    Would amend Rule 31.3(d)(5) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona to expand when a layperson may represent a taxpayer in an administrative hearing relating to property taxes.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 2, 2025.
