    Would amend Rule 2.5, Comment 1, of the Arizona Code of Judicial Conduct relating to judicial competence, to explicitly include the use of, and the benefits and risks associated with, technology relevant to service as a judicial officer.

    Would amend Rule 2.5, cmt. 1, of the Arizona Code of Judicial Conduct relating to judicial competence to discuss the use of technology relevant to a judicial officer’s service.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 2, 2025.
