Filed: January 16, 2026 Would amend Rules 1.9, 15.1, 32.6, and 33.6 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure to permit ex parte discovery motions and hearings. Comments must be submitted by no later than Friday, May 1, 2026, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.
