    Would amend Rule 3 of the Rules of Procedure for Special Actions to provide that the issues raised in a statutory special action are not limited to the grounds listed in Rule 4.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Friday, May 1, 2026, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.
