    Would amend Rule 28 of the Arizona Supreme Court, so that petitioners are not required to use proprietary file formats when submitting rule petitions. Not an emergency petition, asking this Court to decide on this issue in 2026.

    Filed: April 1, 2025

    Would amend Rule 28 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona to provide that filers are not required to use proprietary file formats (i.e., Microsoft Word) when submitting rule petitions and comments to rule petitions.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Friday, May 1, 2026, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.
