Honorable Jennifer E. Green Presiding Judge, Criminal Department Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County 175 West Madison Street Phoenix, AZ 85003 (602) 506-0438 Filed: January 10, 2025 Would adopt a new Rule 12.10 to the Rules of Criminal Procedure and amend Rules 12.7, 12.21, and 12.23 of the same rules regarding grand jury confidentiality and grand jury evidence. Comments must be submitted by no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 2, 2025. Comments due by no later than October 1, 2025.
