    Would amend Rule 31.23 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure to establish a briefing schedule regarding the State’s request for a warrant of execution in a capital case.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 2, 2025.

    Comments due by no later than October 1, 2025.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than May 1, 2026 and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than June 1, 2026.
