    Would amend ARCAP Rule 4.2 and delete ARCAP Form 5 to permit the appellate clerk to use a simpler form to allow self-represented litigants to consent to electronic distribution of appellate court documents.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 2, 2025.
