    Would amend the civil, criminal, and juvenile court appellate rules to provide that if the Supreme Court grants a petition for review, later merits briefing will occur sequentially rather than simultaneously.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 2, 2025.
