    Would amend which documents must be provided to the court before an adoption finalization hearing and enlarge the timeframe for doing so. Would also clarify who must provide the required documents to the court at the adoption finalization hearing.

    Would amend Rule 415, Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court, to modify the list of documents that must be provided to the court before an adoption finalization hearing, clarify who must be provide the documents, and enlarge the timeframe for doing so.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 2, 2025.
