    Would clarify that a party who objects to a motion must file a written objection, otherwise the court may rule on the motion with or without a hearing.

    Would amend Rule 316(d), Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court, to clarify that a party who objects to a motion must file a written objection and that otherwise the court may rule on the motion with or without a hearing.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 2, 2025.
