    Would amend Rules 302, 311, 313, 325, 332, 334, 338, and 402 of the Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court to implement HB 2035 (Laws 2026, Ch. 76).

    Would amend various provisions in the Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court to conform to recent legislation relating to child placement in dependency matters.

    Comments due no later than October 1, 2026, and any reply due no later than October 15, 2026.
