    Would amend Rules 3.2, 4.2, 14.4, 27.7, 27.10, 29.8, 36.1, 41, Forms 6 and 21, and adopt Rule 2.8 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure to implement recently enacted Legislation

    Would amend various provisions of the Rules of Criminal Procedure to conform to recent statutory changes.

    Comments due no later than October 1, 2026, and any reply due no later than October 15, 2026.
