    Would amend Rules 4, 5, 8 through 11, 13 through 15, 17, 20, and Appendix A of Rules of Procedure for Eviction Actions to implement the provisions of SB1426, Unlawful Occupants; Forcible Entry; Detainer and HB 2244, Evictions; Satisfaction of Judgments, enacted during the Second Regular Session of the Fifty-seventh Legislature

    Would amend the Rules of Procedure for Eviction Actions to conform to recent legislation establishing an expedited process for removing unauthorized individuals occupying residential property and modifying the process for compelling satisfaction of a judgment in landlord-tenant matters.

    Comments due no later than October 1, 2026, and any reply due no later than October 15, 2026.
