    Would amend Rule 43(b) of the Rules of Protective Order Procedure to account for Senate Bill (SB) 1211, Aggravated Harassment; Lifetime Injunctions (Laws 2026, Ch. 8) enacted during the Second Regular Session of the 57th Legislature.

    Would amend ARPOP 43(b) to implement a recent legislative change adding to the list of criminal offenses qualifying for a lifetime no-contact injunction.
