This Petition seeks to restore the disclosure requirement for informal inquiries. Denise M. Quinterri 161 E. Inverness Dr. Tucson, AZ 85737 Telephone: 480-239-9807 [email protected] State Bar No. 020637 Filed: January 20, 2026 Would amend Rule 36(e) and (f) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona to, among other things, require disclosure before an informal inquiry of all documents and other information to be discussed during the hearing. Comments must be submitted by no later than Friday, May 1, 2026, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.
