    Would amend Rule 3(d) of the Arizona Rules of Probate Procedure to prescribe that non-probate proceedings within a probate case must be initiated by a separate pleading and not be combined with a probate petition.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Friday, May 1, 2026, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.
