    Would amend Rule 111 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona to authorize the Supreme Court to order that certain Court of Appeals memorandum decisions may not be cited as persuasive authority.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Friday, May 1, 2026, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.
