    Would adopt a new Rule 326.1 to the Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court governing the issuance of subpoenas for dependency, severance, and guardianship proceedings

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Friday, May 1, 2026, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.
