Would amend Rule 108(c)(4) of the Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court to account for House Bill (HB) 2295, Change of Judge; Impartiality; Juveniles, (Laws 2025, Ch. 80) enacted during the First Regular Session of the 57th Legislature relating to a renewed right to a change of judge without cause for permanency determinations if a case is remanded and remains assigned to the original judge.

    FILED: June 30, 2025
