Washington, Suite 411 Phoenix, AZ 85007-3327 Phone: (602) 452-3301 [email protected] Would amend Rule 43(b) of the Rules of Protective Order Procedure to account for Senate Bill (SB) 1449, Lifetime Injunction; Undesignated Offenses (Laws 2025, Ch. 105) enacted during the First Regular Session of the 57th Legislature. FILED: June 26, 2025 Would amend Rule 43(b) of the Arizona Rules of Protective Order Procedure to implement recent legislation relating to lifetime no-contact injunctions. Comments due no later than October 1, 2025, and any reply, by Petitioner is due no later than October 15, 2025.
