    Would amend Rules 1 and 9 and the Appendix of the Rules of Small Claims Procedure to implement Senate Bill (SB) 1022, Small Claims Court; Jurisdictional Limit (Laws 2025, Ch. 94) enacted during the First Regular Session of the 57th Legislature, increasing the jurisdictional limit to $5,000.

    Would amend Rules 1 and 9 and the Appendix of the Rules of Small Claims Procedure to implement recent legislation, increasing the jurisdictional limit to $5,000.

    Comments due no later than October 1, 2025, and any reply due no later than October 15, 2025.
