I request that the margin for the bottom of the page be one half inch instead of one inch.
If the bottom margin is one inch, the total number of double-spaced lines that can fit is 26. If the bottom margin is one half inch, the total number of double-spaced lines that can fit is 28. See Ariz. R. Civ. P. 5.2(b)(1)(F) ("Line Spacing. Text must be double-spaced and may not exceed 28 lines per page....")
With a half inch bottom margin, page numbers still fit.
The two extra lines are important because there are page limitations in several of the civil rules, e.g.:
7.1(a)(2) - supporting memoranda may not exceed 17 pages
7.1(a)(3) - responses/replies may not exceed 11 pages
7.1(f)(2)(A),(B) - motions to strike and responses may not exceed 2 pages
7.1(f)(3)(C) - Objections to Evidence Offered in a Reply Memorandum - may not exceed 3 pages
56(c)(3)(A)(v) - statements of fact in Tier 1 and 2 cases may not exceed 11 pages
56(c)(3)(B)(iii) - opposing party's statement of facts in Tier 1 and 2 cases may not exceed 17 pages
