    Filed: January 10, 2025

    Would amend Rule 18(a) of the Arizona Rules of Probate Procedure to provide that if the petitioner has not obtained an initial hearing date within thirty days of filing the petition (rather than sixty days), the court must notify the petitioner that the petition may be dismissed within thirty days unless the petitioner obtains a hearing date or an extension.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 2, 2025.
