"The commenters’ assessment that a lawyer no longer has an ethical duty to
inform the state bar of violations in accordance with Ethical Rule 8.3 is not
supported. Petitioner did not seek any change to that ethical rule or any part of the
Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct."

Yet, Daniel Mazza, Lawrence F. Scaringelli, Rick Kilfoy, Mark J. Theut, Alexia Semlek refused to report the misconduct of William A. Clarke.

Hon. Lisa Ann VandenBerg flatly refused to report the misconduct of William A. Clarke.

All of the above parties refused to report the conflict of interest between attorneys of the Theut, Theut & Theut and Theut, Scaringelli & Kupiszewski.

Seems like removing accountability is why some lawyers support it...

I wonder why.
